Cherry Tree Dental is currently searching for a general dentist in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The practice location is currently served by Dr. William Bethke.

 

Dr. Bethke has been servicing his practice in Eau Claire for 30 years; He has been working with CTD since 2014. Dr Bethke will remain for several years as producer and mentor at a reduced schedule.  He will reduce current 4 day/week schedule to 2 day/week. He will create friendly transition for patients and incoming dentist.  His practice currently runs clinic four days per week.  His practice is comprised of a mix of families and local professionals. 

 

The practice opportunity at this location consists of assuming the majority of Dr. Bethke’s practice.

  • Over 2,500 active patients.  Well educated patient base.  60% Delta Premier; 40% fee-for-service or out-of-network insurance.  (CTD does not subscribe to PPOs)

  • 6 Operatory practice suite with room to expand.  Facility is shared with a pedodontic practice (1 pedodontist).

  • Practice staff: 9 employees (3 hygiene, 2 assists, 4 admin).  Highly educated, energetic and motivated staff. 

  • Current clinic scheduled 4 days/week; will schedule according to incoming DDS preferences. 

  • Operating equipment:

    • All digital office;

    • Dentrix office management;

    • Dexis xray sensors;

    • OP300 digital 3D pan;

    • Laser dentistry;

    • 3M digital impressions;

    • DigiDocs I/O camera;

  • Summary of Dentists’ Compensation and Benefits Package:

Dentists are compensated from a percentage of collections from production.  There are no limits or caps on compensation; Guaranteed minimum monthly salaries are offered in situations where the provider’s or practice situation warrants;

Insurance provisions:

  • Annual Health Care Allowance; participate in the company’s plan or a plan of your choosing – Your Health Care Allowance is additional compensation to use towards your health care expenses or premiums.

  • Liability Insurance – CTD pays 100% premiums for liability insurance.  CTD practitioners are insured through ProAssurance. 

  • Disability – CTD pays 100% premiums for a long-term disability insurance policy.  Dentist is the beneficiary. 

  • Life – CTD pays 100% premiums for a $50,000 life insurance policy.  Dentist assigns the beneficiary. 

Annual CE Allowance – Funds to be used towards expanded education and/or study clubs;

Licensure and Association Dues Allowance – CTD pays 100% of your licensure fees.  CTD pays an allowance to cover your organized dentistry association dues. 

Vacation – Provisions for time away from the practice;

401(k) – CTD matches a percentage of annual contributions to a company 401(k) plan;

Profit Sharing Plan – CTD offers office profit sharing for successful performance;

No lab share, no lab restrictions – CTD does not charge our providers for lab expenses nor do we direct which labs our providers utilize;

No restricted supplies lists – CTD has a good relationship with Henry Schein however has no materials formularies or restrictions;

Relocation reimbursement is available.

CTD Dental Forum – Our dentists meet quarterly to present and research clinical topics.  This Forum is not open to non-CTD dentists.  Our dentists set the agenda for the Forum.  The topics and expertise in past Forums presented by our dentists includes: Invisilign, Sleep disorders and specialties, Conscious Sedation dentistry, Advanced implant placements and restorations, the Chao Pinhole Endodontic Restoration procedure, many surgical procedures, office treatment planning and presentation procedures, just to name a few.  These are not presentations by outside speakers – these capabilities and expertise exist within our existing dental team.  And we are fortunate that our entire dental team is very interested in the growth, expansion and success of each member of the team.  If you have an interest you want to explore as your next clinical or office procedure or skill, someone on our team can help you, in person.  Likely in your office.
