 Cherry Tree Dental is currently searching for a general dentist in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.  The practice location is currently served by three DDS: Dr. Glen Magyera, Dr. William Seavecki and Dr. Alison Mlodik.

Dr. Glen has been servicing his practice in Stevens Point for 30 years; He has been working with CTD since 2012. Dr. Magyera’s desire is to significantly reduce his practice schedule.  He will reduce current 4 day/week schedule to 2 day/week maximum.  Dr. Glen is active with CTD’s other dentists providing Invisilign training, as well as training in other advanced restorative procedures.  He will create friendly transition for patients and an incoming dentist.  His practice currently runs clinic four days per week.  His practice is comprised of a mix of families and local professionals.  Dr. Magyera’s practice is an advanced restorative general practice.  Dr. Glen has significant advanced training in Invisilign and bracket and wire orthodontics, endodontics, Periodontics (Chao Pinhole procedure), advanced restorative techniques, implants and practice administration.

Dr. Seavecki has been servicing his practice in Stevens Point for over 30 years; He has been working with CTD since 2010.  Dr. Seavecki desires to significantly reduce his clinical schedule.  He will reduce current 4 day/week schedule to 2 day/week maximum.  His practice currently runs clinic four days per week.  His practice is comprised of a mix of families and local professionals.  Dr. Seavecki’s practice is a very traditional practice, based on general and restorative dentistry procedures. 

Dr. Mlodik assumed leadership of her practice in 2013 upon the retirement of Dr. William Boylan.  Dr. Alison sees clinic 4 and one half days per week.  Dr. Mlodik was born and raised in the Stevens Point area.  Her practice is also comprised of a mix of families and local professionals.  Dr. Mlodik’s practice is a traditional practice, based on general and restorative dentistry procedures. 

The practice opportunity at this location consists of assuming the majority of Dr. Magyera’s and Dr. Seavecki’s practices.

·        Over 4,500 active patients between the two practices.  Well educated patient bases.  60% Delta Premier; 40% fee-for-service or out-of-network insurance.  (CTD does not subscribe to PPOs)

·        The practice location is a stand-alone building, with over 10,000 square feet total size with 14 treatment rooms.  Each DDS works out of dedicated treatment and operatory practice areas.  Each DDS maintains dedicated clinical staff (assistants and hygiene), with a mix of shared and dedicated administrative staff.  The building has one overall facilities manager (Denise, 40) that has been with Dr. Magyera’s office for several years. 

·        Practice staffs: 11+ employees (4 hygiene, 3 assists, 4 admin).  Highly educated, energetic and motivated staff.  Will supplement staff as needed for addition of new dentist.

·        Current clinic scheduled 4 days/week; will schedule according to incoming DDS preferences. 

·        Operating equipment:

§  All digital office;

Summary of Dentists’ Compensation and Benefits Package:

 

·        Dentists are compensated from a percentage of collections from production.  There are no limits or caps on compensation; Guaranteed minimum monthly salaries are offered in situations where the provider’s or practice situation warrants;

·        Insurance provisions:

o   Annual Health Care Allowance; participate in the company’s plan or a plan of your choosing – Your Health Care Allowance is additional compensation to use towards your health care expenses or premiums.

o   Liability Insurance – CTD pays 100% premiums for liability insurance.  CTD practitioners are insured through ProAssurance. 

o   Disability – CTD pays 100% premiums for a long-term disability insurance policy.  Dentist is the beneficiary. 

o   Life – CTD pays 100% premiums for a $50,000 life insurance policy.  Dentist assigns the beneficiary. 

·        Annual CE Allowance – Funds to be used towards expanded education and/or study clubs;

·        Licensure and Association Dues Allowance – CTD pays 100% of your licensure fees.  CTD pays an allowance to cover your organized dentistry association dues. 

·        Vacation – Provisions for time away from the practice;

·        401(k) – CTD matches a percentage of annual contributions to a company 401(k) plan;

·        Profit Sharing Plan – CTD offers office profit sharing for successful performance;

·        No lab share, no lab restrictions – CTD does not charge our providers for lab expenses nor do we direct which labs our providers utilize;

·        No restricted supplies lists – CTD has a good relationship with Henry Schein however has no materials formularies or restrictions;

·        Relocation reimbursement is available.
